SCOTT RUEHR, EA, FSA
CONSULTING ACTUARY
Scott has been an independent consulting actuary since 1984, and has been associated with Limestone since its founding. He was previously with Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia, where he served as their Pension Actuary from 1979-84. His work includes annual valuations for defined benefit and cash balance plans, actuarial certifications, benefit calculations, plan design work, consulting on plan documents and amendments, and plan termination work. Scott received his undergraduate degree in 1974 from the Lebanon Valley College. He is an Enrolled Actuary, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Scott lives with his wife Gail in Drexel Hill, PA and enjoys performing and listening to music, reading, theater, participating in and watching sports, and spending time with family.
