  • Defined Benefit and Cash Balance
  • We utilize advanced, custom Profit Sharing design (“New Comparability”) for many of our clients. We consider this to be part of the normal scope of our work and do not upcharge for this service
  • We believe in giving our clients maximum flexibility so that over the years we are able to keep the Plan’s design in line with possibly changing objectives as a business grows. To that extent, we may recommend adding a new Plan or using a combination or 2 different Plans to achieve the best possible results
